If Bioscript’s patient wanted to book, cancel, or reschedule their injection therapy - they had to call the clinic or physically be present at the clinic.

SOLUTION

Salesforce based self-serve portal that allows patients to:

  • Reschedule appointment

  • Request a new one

  • See their injection therapy history

  • Find a different clinic

  • Contact their health provider directly online
